Comp Trading was founded in 1998 with a singular focus on gifting and logistics — building the fulfillment infrastructure that events, promotions, and incentive programs depend on. Over 25 years and millions of gifts, we kept seeing the same problem: enormous budgets with almost nothing to show for them. Gifts nobody wanted. Lines nobody enjoyed. Inventory nobody tracked. Zero data to learn from any of it.
TIER Rewards was built as the software layer on top of that infrastructure — purpose-built to solve the operational problems we had watched clients struggle with for decades. We started in gaming because that is where the pain was most acute and most measurable. We solved it. Now we are bringing the same platform to corporate gifting, employee rewards, customer loyalty, and every other context where the old way of gifting is costing organizations more than they realize.
