Tier Rewards Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 21, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tier Rewards website, software platform, applications, redemption experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Tier Rewards is a product and service developed and operated by Comp Trading LLC (“Comp Trading,” “Tier Rewards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Tier Rewards is not a separate legal entity.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

1. About Tier Rewards

Tier Rewards provides technology and related services that enable casino operators and other participating organizations to administer player gifting, loyalty rewards, promotional events, product catalogs, reward redemptions, ordering, fulfillment, and related programs.

Certain Services may be offered on behalf of, or in connection with, a casino, gaming operator, employer, promotional sponsor, or other organization (“Program Sponsor”).

Eligibility for a particular promotion, reward, event, or redemption opportunity is determined by the applicable Program Sponsor and may be subject to additional rules or requirements established by that Program Sponsor.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may be required to provide certain information or create an account in order to access particular features of the Services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information when appropriate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, redemption credentials, links, codes, or other authentication information provided to you.

You may not use another person's account, redemption code, reward eligibility, or credentials without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account or redemption credential has been compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Reward Eligibility and Redemption

Reward eligibility is generally established by the applicable Program Sponsor.

Tier Rewards does not independently determine a person's eligibility for casino loyalty benefits, player status, promotional offers, or other Program Sponsor benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.

Rewards, products, redemption values, availability, quantities, deadlines, and eligibility requirements may vary by program.

Redemption opportunities may expire if they are not used within the period established by the applicable Program Sponsor.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable program rules, rewards and redemption opportunities have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

4. Product Availability and Substitutions

Products displayed through Tier Rewards may be subject to availability.

Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, specifications, or other details.

If a selected product becomes unavailable, Tier Rewards or the applicable Program Sponsor may offer a comparable substitute, alternative reward, or other resolution.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, availability, pricing, specifications, or other information.

5. Orders, Shipping, and Fulfillment

Tier Rewards may coordinate product sourcing, ordering, shipping, fulfillment, and customer support directly or through third-party vendors and service providers.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tier Rewards is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, supply-chain interruptions, incorrect addresses, events outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an item is lost, damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, you should contact Tier Rewards or the applicable Program Sponsor so that the issue can be reviewed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • access or use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;

  • attempt to obtain rewards for which you are not eligible;

  • manipulate, duplicate, transfer, sell, or improperly use redemption credentials or promotional offers;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the Services;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, databases, or networks;

  • introduce malicious software, scripts, code, viruses, or other harmful materials;

  • scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically collect information from the Services without authorization;

  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by law;

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or

  • use the Services in a manner that could damage Comp Trading, Tier Rewards, a Program Sponsor, or another user.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these restrictions have been violated.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tier Rewards platform, software, website, interfaces, designs, graphics, text, databases, functionality, technology, trademarks, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Comp Trading LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services as intended, these Terms do not grant you ownership or any other rights in Tier Rewards or its intellectual property.

Names, logos, trademarks, and content belonging to casinos, Program Sponsors, manufacturers, suppliers, and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to the Tier Rewards Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Comp Trading collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information in connection with the Tier Rewards Services.

Program Sponsors may also maintain their own privacy policies governing information they collect or provide in connection with their programs.

9. Third-Party Services

Tier Rewards may use or integrate with third-party services, including fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, product suppliers, payment processors, cloud-service providers, customer-support platforms, and other technology providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may be subject to additional terms or privacy policies imposed by those providers.

Comp Trading is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside of its control.

10. Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable availability of the Tier Rewards Services but do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, upgrades, operational requirements, or other business purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Comp Trading does not make warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement except to the extent such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in this section limits any express warranty that may apply to a particular physical product provided by its manufacturer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Comp Trading LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

Comp Trading will not be responsible for losses arising from Program Sponsor eligibility decisions, third-party actions, carrier delays, unavailable products, unauthorized use of credentials caused by a user's failure to safeguard them, or circumstances outside Comp Trading's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comp Trading LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe:

  • you have violated these Terms;

  • fraudulent or unauthorized activity has occurred;

  • continued access creates a security or operational risk;

  • suspension is requested by the applicable Program Sponsor; or

  • suspension is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect Tier Rewards, its users, or participating organizations.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date displayed above and may provide additional notice when appropriate.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable state or federal courts located in New York, unless otherwise required by law or governed by a separate written agreement.

17. Separate Customer Agreements

Organizations using Tier Rewards may have separate written agreements with Comp Trading LLC.

If a written agreement between Comp Trading LLC and a Program Sponsor conflicts with these Terms with respect to that organization's use of the Tier Rewards Services, the written agreement will control with respect to that organization.
